Heck German Smallgoods is a German gourmet butchery in Christchurch, New Zealand. We produce and sell authentic German and European quality smallgoods, sausages, salamis, beersticks and specially cooked and smoked meats.

All our products are gluten free. They contain NO fillers at all. We only use premium New Zealand meats. Our products are prepared with quality spices selected in Germany and exported to us. They're based on original German recipes, enhanced and perfected by the Heck butcher family over the last 150 years.

The majority of our customers are from the greater Christchurch area, however due to increasing demand from all-over New Zealand, we are shipping to more destinations.
